Yorkshire Chorizo made from only the best cuts of British RSPCA Freedom Food Pork & the finest smoked Spanish Paprika with added cayenne pepper for an extra spicy flavour.

This is part of the range of quality Yorkshire Dales meat products supplied to us by Paganum Produce of Malham near Skipton. This more spicy version of the chorizo is superb as a snack or adds a new dimension to many dishes.

Cured for a minimum of 3 weeks.

This product is Wheat, Gluten & Dairy Free.

Each Chorizo weighs approx 110-130g.
